CANCELLATION POLICY

– in accordance with art. 49, paragraph 4, legislative decree 21/2014  –

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without the need to give a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date in which you or a third party, different from the carrier and designated by you, enters into physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by means of an explicit declaration which must be sent to us by the aforementioned deadline by registered post to Imsocial Srls, Via Ripamonti, 129 – 20141 Milano or by email to e-mail imsocial@pec.it. To such an end, you may use the contract termination form attached to this document, or you may submit any other kind of written declaration expressing your intention to cancel the order.

In order to respect the cancellation terms, it is sufficient for you to send us your intention to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

The right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the following cases:

• an order for products which have been packaged according to specific customer requirements or which have been clearly custimised;
• the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software which have been opened after delivery;
• the supply of premises for non-residential purposes and services relating to leisure activities in the event that the contract foresees a specific date or period of enforcement.

With reference to the cases listed above in which withdrawal from the contract is excluded, you, in particular, are hereby informed and accept that among the products which are “made to measure or clearly customised”, we include all AUTOGRAPHED POSTCARDS and AUTOGRAPHED POSTERS, given that the characteristics and qualities of these kinds of product are subjected to personalisation and tend to be produced especially for the customer.

In the event that the right of withdrawal is excluded, the seller will return to you the products purchased, charging the delivery expenses to you.

In any case, the provisions relating to the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain categories of goods and services foreseen by art. 59 of the Consumer Law are without prejudice.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract (except in the aforementioned cases in which withdrawal is excluded) you will be refunded the entire amount that have paid to us, including any delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs deriving from your choosing a different type of delivery with respect to the one we offered). Refunds will be made without delay and in any case no more than 30 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase order, while retaining our right to suspend the refund until the goods have been returned to us. Refunds will be made only to you, using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction. In any case, you will not have to sustain any costs as a consequence of such a refund.

The Seller incurs the entirety of the shipping costs deriving from the return of the goods in the event that the right to withdrawal is exercised. In order to benefit from this free shipment, you must wait to be contacted by the Seller following your communication of withdrawal and arrange for the products to be delivered to the courier indicated by us. You will have to return the goods in the same box in which you received them.

You are only responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from any handling which differes from what it is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and working order.
